Drink Water !

Drink enough water in a day according to weather.
Our body needs water of a glass per hour.
In cold conditions, body needs regular water.
Minds says no but body needs it for its purification, circulation etc purposes.
When going out, take a water bottle with you.
Water coolers are best equipment to invest for this purpose.
In hot weather, water evapourates automatically to maintain our body temperature.
Our body needs regular water to help this purpose called hydration.
If we do not drink enough water, de-hydration leads to many diseases.
If we do not drink water regularly, it can jam our system at many points.
Our blood water needs to circulate effortlessly.
Water works positively.

As said above drink water ever hour.
If you can't drink water every hour,
make sure to drink 2 glass ever 2 hours. It will somehow compensate the purpose.
if this is also not possible.
Put some Lassi / Chhachh / Butter milk / lemon with little salt / sugar as per taste.
Try to put little salt in it.
Black salt makes taste even better.
